Description
Located in the City of Hampton, this project included the comprehensive ground-up construction of an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disability (ICFID), resulting in a purpose-built facility that caters to the unique needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The facility features eight thoughtfully designed living quarters, an inviting eat-in kitchen, break room for relaxation, and multiple therapy and rehabilitation rooms.
To ensure uninterrupted operations, as well as foster a safe and comfortable living environment, the facility boasts a full building electrical power backup system and natural gas backup generators.
