An executive suite renovation project located in Tysons Corner, VA, S-Works Construction partnered with Sky Online on a full-floor tenant build-out. The first floor was transformed into a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC), and the ninth floor was comprised of executive offices with exquisite finishes.
The integration of Siemens environmental controls, connected to the building’s Energy Management System (EMS), ensured optimal comfort and energy efficiency. To foster efficient operations, the executive suites were hardwired to the NOC floor, allowing for continuous monitoring of company operations and progress.
