Joe Salama

Joseph "Joe" Salama founded S-Works Construction in 1997. He started his career as a bricklayer, and from there he worked his way up through various positions, including Surveyor, Estimator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President. Joe's extensive experience in the construction industry gives him a complete picture of what it takes to see projects through from start to finish. As a native to Northern Virginia, Joe's local connections and long-standing relationships are an asset when it comes to navigating the DMV area.
