Richard "Rich" Ruckman joined the S-Works Construction team as Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer in 2023. Rich started his career in 2006 as an intern at HITT Contracting, where he held various positions, including Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and Vice President. Throughout his 20-years of experience in the construction industry, Rich has garnered extensive government construction experience, and specializes in Job Order Contracts (JOC), other IDIQ/Task Order government contracts, and TS/SCI level projects. Rich is a Certified JOC Professional (CJP) and winner of Loudoun Times 40 under 40. Prior to his career in construction, Rich attended Virginia Tech, where he graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Management.
